SHIPPING
Sirene Edizioni ships to almost all countries worldwide. If you are located somewhere we do not ship to, you are welcome to contact us and we will see if we can find a solution for you.
Most items are shipped by International Post or carrier (Italy and Europe). You can calculate your shipping fee once you have added your items to your bag. Please enter the destination country to see prices and delivery options.
Online orders are dispatched from Italy. Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your order prior to shipping. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
We can offer the following estimated time frames for delivery.
Italy: 2-16 business days. Europe UE: 7-10 business days. Europe extra UE: 8-12 business days. U.S., Japan, Hong Kong: 9-14 business days. Rest of the world: 14-18 business days.
Sirene Edizioni cannot guarantee how long a shipment takes to arrive and is not responsible for any delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
TAXES AND IMPORT FEES
Any orders shipped outside of the European Union may have import duties, taxes and other local charges. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your shipping cost. These are calculated by customs as your shipment enters its destination country and are completely beyond our control. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to purchasing.
DELIVERY
If you have selected a delivery option with Tracked shipping (Post or Carrier), you’ll receive an email with a tracking number when your package has been sent. If you have selected a delivery option with untracked shipping, no tracking information is provided.
Please note that by selecting Untracked shipping you understand that a package may be lost in transit by the carrier. We will not be responsible or liable for this loss, as you have foregone the option to ship your package tracked.
Your order is delivered to the shipping address you provide when you place your order. Be sure to double-check your address to prevent errors. If you put an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the item is returned to the sender, you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping to the correct address.
If you are not at home when the product is delivered, if no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, the courier will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.
If after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect the products from a delivery depot, and the courier is unable to deliver the package to you, they return it to us in Milano, Italy, and we get in touch with you by email. If you choose to have the item re-delivered, you are responsible for the new shipping costs.
UNTRACKED SHIPPING / TRACKED SHIPPING
We do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives promptly and in perfect condition. If you choose untracked shipping, Sirene Edizioni is absolved of all liability of damage during shipping, or lost or stolen items. If you choose Untracked shipping, if anything goes wrong with your order after it leaves our office, we will not issue refunds or replace your order.
The Tracked shipping option is the safest option for your order. Tracked shipping provides a tracking number. If lost or stolen, we will be able to replace your order.
Claims for lost issues must be made within 30 days of the original estimated delivery date.
Claims made outside the above window will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We are unable to exchange and refund delivered print items, such as magazines and books.
CANCELLATIONS
We will try our best to fulfil every order as specified in our terms, but delays and cancellations may occur for reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason, refunding our customers for the full amount immediately.
